Wines White Wines

White wines are produced from the fermentation of skinless grapes. However, there are white wines that are made from the pellicular maceration process in which the grape skin is kept in contact with the must before the fermentation in order to obtain a higher aromatic concentration. Curiously, the castes used don’t have to be exclusively white. There are white wines that use red castes. These wines are clear looking and have a bright yellow colour or even a little darker, similar to hay yellow.
