Wines Red Wines
Red wines are produced from the fermentation of red grapes. The range of colours of red wines goes from ruby red to a darker red. The young red wines are soft, very aromatic and most of the time have a delicate flavour. The aged red wines have a very intense aroma, a soft texture in the mouth (we say they are velvety) and a high alcohol level (full-bodied).
